Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Success Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes one-on-one relationships with students to support academic success and a sense of belonging
• Develops individualized academic success plans and monitors student performance in collaboration with relevant deans
• Collaborates with campus units and serves on advisor committees to enhance student support and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
• Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement
• In-depth knowledge of campus resources and student support services
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with state/federal law and university regulations
