Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Special Programs Coordinator, CRM System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the college's CRM system, including communication workflows and application processes
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM usage and manage duplicate student records
- Collaborate with cross-departmental partners to enhance enrollment strategies and improve student experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business Administration, or Computer Science
- Three years of experience in areas related to college registration or academic advisement
- Experience maintaining a CRM system is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous
- Successful completion of a CORI/SORI and/or National background check is required
