Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Special Programs Coordinator, CRM System Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize the college's CRM system, including communication workflows and application processes
  • Provide training and support to staff on CRM usage and manage duplicate student records
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental partners to enhance enrollment strategies and improve student experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business Administration, or Computer Science
  • Three years of experience in areas related to college registration or academic advisement
  • Experience maintaining a CRM system is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous
  • Successful completion of a CORI/SORI and/or National background check is required
