Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of L&D Program Managers, providing strategic guidance and performance support
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all learning programs, ensuring quality standards and budget compliance
- Partner with HR and department leaders to align learning initiatives with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, including 2-4 years of people management or program leadership experience
- Experience with LMS platforms and data analytics tools
- Proven success applying product management approaches to program design or delivery
- Experience integrating AI tools or automation into workflows within L&D contexts
