Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, L&D Delivery and Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of L&D Program Managers, providing strategic guidance and performance support
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all learning programs, ensuring quality standards and budget compliance
• Partner with HR and department leaders to align learning initiatives with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, including 2-4 years of people management or program leadership experience
• Experience with LMS platforms and data analytics tools
• Proven success applying product management approaches to program design or delivery
• Experience integrating AI tools or automation into workflows within L&D contexts
