Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leadership Self and Teams Adjunct Faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a structured curriculum aligned with conservation leadership needs
• Lead weekly virtual training sessions and facilitate one in-person workshop
• Collaborate with other trainers to ensure course integration and a cohesive learning experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Psychology, Leadership Development, or related fields
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring senior leaders
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Fluency in English
