Job Summary

A company is looking for a School Psych Services Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partner schools, managing service coordination and building relationships with Special Education leaders
• Supervise a team of school psychologists, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations
• Analyze reports to ensure compliance and collaborate with leadership on departmental policies and staffing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a certified school psychologist, with 2 years of virtual experience
• Direct leadership/mentorship experience of at least 2 years
• National Certification School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state certifications and clearances
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and PowerBI
