Senior Learning Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to manage and support their learning management system and learning experience platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and provide technical support for the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
• Manage user roles, permissions, and troubleshoot user issues while ensuring minimal disruption to learning activities
• Generate reports on learning completions and manage vendor-provided content within the LMS

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
• Experience with Degreed LXP is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of e-learning standards and technologies (e.g., SCORM, xAPI)
• BA/BS Degree in a related field preferred or relevant work experience
• Proficient in database management and data analysis
