Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Management Adjunct Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses and organize instruction to maximize student engagement
• Maintain current knowledge of the Healthcare Management field and collaborate with colleagues for program improvement
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and college policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Healthcare Management or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Management field or 2 years of teaching experience
• Preferred industry certifications in relevant healthcare areas
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses is preferred
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education
