A company is looking for a Learning and Development Lead, Solid Tumor, US Oncology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with brand objectives and business needs
- Oversee the creation and execution of training programs focused on disease state, selling skills, and customer engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance performance and continuously refine training programs based on data-driven evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum BS/BA degree; MS/MBA preferred
- 6+ years of pharmaceutical sales or relevant clinical experience, with 3+ years in oncology/hematology
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales training or related fields
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Familiarity with adult learning techniques and digital solutions for training and capability building
