Key Responsibilities

• Foster a positive environment for learners through 1:1 and group coaching
• Deliver personalized career coaching and facilitate job readiness activities
• Monitor learner progress and provide timely interventions to support success

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of career coaching best practices
• Previous experience in career coaching, education, or mission-driven work
• Able to tailor support to individual learner needs
• Commitment to the mission of creating pathways to family-sustaining careers
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a changing environment
