Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop the curriculum for the Money Mentor feature using human-centered design
- Design and implement a scalable coaching model and oversee performance metrics to assess program effectiveness
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Money Mentors while fostering a culture of client service excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7+ years of experience in financial coaching and personal finance
- Proven experience in training/facilitation and applying human-centered design principles
- Ability to integrate needs assessment into practical action
- Team player with strong consultative and relationship skills
