Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions for executive leadership cohort participants
- Design and deliver coaching interventions aligned with specific behavioral skills and principles
- Track metrics and ROI for the program, providing feedback and guidance on leadership competencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
- 5 years of professional coaching experience, including 3 years at the executive level
- Experience in corporate environments and designing leadership development programs
- Strong coaching skills and a deep understanding of leadership development principles
- ACC - Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation
