Key Responsibilities

• Lead exam development workshops with subject matter experts and conduct psychometric analyses to ensure assessment reliability and validity
• Design and execute validation studies to demonstrate the effectiveness of assessment solutions and monitor exam performance data for necessary adjustments
• Manage multiple exam development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output while enhancing operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, Statistics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in psychometric assessment development
• 3+ years of experience in certification or content development roles
• Advanced proficiency in statistical and psychometric analysis software
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and understanding of remote work practices
