Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Production Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems to improve transparency and collaboration across teams
• Lead daily operations of K-12 production shared services teams, ensuring alignment with objectives and budgets
• Champion Agile practices and guide teams through Agile adoption and maturity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, preferably in educational publishing or digital media
• Over 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Advanced experience with Jira for project and portfolio management
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and transformation leadership
