Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Programs to lead their fellowship programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage law school and undergraduate fellowship programs, including outreach and logistics
• Provide support and guidance to fellows, helping them navigate challenges during internships
• Collect and analyze program data to track fellow progress and evaluate impact

Required Qualifications

• Alignment with the mission to dismantle carceral systems and uplift defenders
• Experience in program coordination, fellowships, or nonprofit leadership
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; budget management experience is a plus
• Understanding of barriers faced by marginalized students is highly valued
