Learning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Consultant (Remote) - Temporary Position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and develop scalable training plans and curricula
• Design and maintain engaging online learning content and deliver instructor-led training sessions
• Collaborate with internal teams to create resources that support organizational changes and manage logistics for training events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a learning and development or enablement role
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Experience in documenting standard work processes
• Familiarity with learning platforms or LMS/LXP tools
