Texas Licensed Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support a Texas-based education project.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality professional development for adult learners
• Develop training plans that integrate adult learning theory and instructional strategies
• Facilitate engaging virtual and/or in-person training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in education or related field is a plus
• 5 years' experience in education or instructional training
• Proven experience designing and delivering professional development for educators
• Strong grounding in adult learning theory and instructional design
• Familiarity with Texas education systems or policies is strongly preferred
