Virtual Classroom Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a French/Dutch/English Virtual Classroom Assistant for Belgian Courses (part-time contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist instructors during live virtual classes by monitoring chat, managing breakout rooms, and supporting technical needs
• Take attendance, track participation, and document classroom activities
• Provide real-time support to participants experiencing technical difficulties or requiring clarification

Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of professional experience working in a data-related field
• Previous experience in education, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
• Experience with virtual learning environments or learning management systems (e.g., Zoom, Percipio)
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in the language where the course is being taught
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with online communication platforms
