A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop effective online and blended-learning courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and develop high-quality, brand-aligned learning content
• Lead and manage instructional design direction throughout all project phases
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align learning experiences with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or equivalent experience
• Experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and multimedia creation
• Expertise in adult learning theory and scenario-based learning approaches
• Experience with LMS platforms, preferably Docebo
