Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale learning projects, including project design, resource allocation, and adoption strategies
- Develop and maintain project documentation and training evaluations for new programs
- Collaborate with various teams to address customer knowledge gaps through effective training solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, adult learning, sales operations, or product management
- 3+ years in a management or leadership role
- Advanced program/project management experience
- Experience with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools
- Understanding of the AEC industry and adult learning best practices
