Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain self-paced modules, learning paths, videos, and training resources for various learner personas
• Enhance and maintain instructional design standards and style guides

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content and curriculum development
• 3+ years of experience managing Learning Systems
• Experience with online curriculum development and learning management systems
• Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts
• Experience applying instructional design theories for practical outcomes
