Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Manager (SAP Success Factors).

Key Responsibilities

• Support local LMS administrators and training owners by overseeing the systemization of learning programs
• Administer the LMS, including system configuration, user management, and course creation
• Generate and analyze reports on LMS usage and compliance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in administering LMS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors
• Experience in configuring and customizing LMS features and workflows
• Knowledge of integrating LMS with other systems
• Understanding of SCORM and AICC standards for e-learning content
• Ability to manage large data sets and plan LMS-related projects
