Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resident Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage residential facilities and educational programs for 400-800 students
• Ensure safety and security of residents and develop emergency management plans
• Lead and supervise a student staff, manage student conduct, and promote community engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in Higher Education or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
• Familiarity with residence hall environments and issues
• Experience with residential curriculum is beneficial
