Key Responsibilities
- Identifies training needs through assessments, surveys, and performance data analysis
- Designs, develops, and updates training programs and materials for various teams
- Manages learning initiatives including scheduling, enrollment, and tracking attendance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Learning & Development required
- Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles
- Ability to align learning initiatives with business goals
- Experience with software such as AIM, ImageRight, ConceptOne, or Salesforce preferred
