A company is looking for an Education Success Partner - Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fuel a culture of leadership and learning by representing company values and contributing to team initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a K-12 educator role or client-facing roles involving account management or customer success
  • Experience in implementation or consulting roles is preferred
  • Comfort working with data and managing projects
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to forecast renewals and report on account health
