Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a K-12 educator role or client-facing roles involving account management or customer success
- Experience in implementation or consulting roles is preferred
- Comfort working with data and managing projects
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to forecast renewals and report on account health
