Education Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education & Development Specialist to deliver online instruction to independent contractor Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and prepare Agents for quality project work
• Develop virtual preparation materials based on client documentation and assist with agent scheduling
• Provide additional preparation and support to active agents and document processes as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably related to Education
• Essential teaching experience, preferably with curriculum creation
• 3-5 years of classroom and/or virtual training experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of call center processes is a plus
