Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, technical writing, or instructional content development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with LMS platforms and eLearning tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and build strong cross-functional relationships
