A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant TEMP to provide general administrative support to the School of Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance for department programs, processes, and functions
- Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, and compile simple reports
- Assist in preparing digital materials and manage content scheduling across digital platforms
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of administrative experience or equivalent education and training
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management platforms
- Familiarity with maintaining or contributing to organizational social media accounts is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace tools
- Ability to learn and leverage AI-powered tools for productivity and communication
