Behavioral Health Paraprofessional Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop resources and competencies for behavioral health paraprofessional occupations for registered apprenticeships
• Create and deliver technical assistance content for various audiences related to behavioral health
• Support award recipients in transitioning trainees to Level II apprenticeships and address program challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in social work or behavioral health, or a master's degree with 3-5+ years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health workforce development and paraprofessional training
• Proven expertise in evidence-based training models and knowledge of pre-service and in-service training requirements
• In-depth knowledge of peer support models and integrated behavioral health service delivery
• Experience supporting federal grant programs or technical assistance initiatives
