Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging training programs for financial professionals using various modalities
- Collaborate with business partners to assess training needs and create effective training solutions
- Manage project planning activities, including scope definition and timeline maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63/65) required
- 5+ years of experience in a wealth management sales organization
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Sales Enablement
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and financial planning tools
