Learning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Consultant (Facebook & WhatsApp) to engage with parents and guide them in booking academic evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents via WhatsApp and Messenger to answer questions and guide them toward evaluation sessions
• Respond to inbound leads, assess intent, and qualify users for follow-up by the enrollment team
• Collect user feedback and provide insights to improve conversation quality and lead performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is preferred
• Prior experience in education, online customer service, or course sales is advantageous
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger communication styles
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve lead quality and conversion effectiveness
