Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Facilitate engaging training sessions focused on leadership development, team development, and change management
- Conduct needs assessments, analyze skill gaps, and manage multiple instructional development projects to ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role, focusing on instructional design and program development
- Proven expertise in facilitating training sessions both virtually and in-person
- Demonstrated experience in leadership development and change management
- Strong knowledge of learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems and eLearning development tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program impact and iterating based on feedback
