A company is looking for an Education Training Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training to caregivers while maintaining a positive learning environment
- Set standards and expectations through example and motivate trainees using effective methodologies
- Monitor training effectiveness, document outcomes, and provide post-training support
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Education, Health Service Administration, or related field, or 2 years of relevant training experience
- 1 year of training or teaching experience
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is preferred
- Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic applications is preferred
- 1 year of healthcare or health insurance experience is preferred
