Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Training Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training to caregivers while maintaining a positive learning environment
• Set standards and expectations through example and motivate trainees using effective methodologies
• Monitor training effectiveness, document outcomes, and provide post-training support

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Education, Health Service Administration, or related field, or 2 years of relevant training experience
• 1 year of training or teaching experience
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is preferred
• Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic applications is preferred
• 1 year of healthcare or health insurance experience is preferred
