Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics and resolve issues for training events, both in-person and virtual
- Oversee the customization of training materials and manage external technical event producers
- Maintain accurate billing information in Salesforce and manage vendor relationships for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience, particularly in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Salesforce
- Advanced knowledge of AdobeConnect, Zoom, Webex, and Teams platforms
