Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope, create, and evolve engaging, scalable content to drive customer outcomes
• Create self-paced courses, training assets, and supporting resources including videos and assessments
• Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and design performance-based learning assessments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or related field, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with e-authoring tools such as Camtasia and Articulate 360
• Knowledge of LMS software, preferably Skilljar
• At least one relevant certification in instructional design
