Job Summary

A company is looking for a Programs Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including proofreading, formatting documents, and preparing expense reports
  • Assist with event and meeting logistics across departments, including invitations, RSVPs, and travel coordination
  • Maintain documentation of participants, track progress, and provide reports to staff and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant AA/AS degree, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
  • Experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred
  • Familiarity with the Community College system and registered apprenticeship is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications and technology platforms
  • Ability to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time
