A company is looking for a Programs Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including proofreading, formatting documents, and preparing expense reports
- Assist with event and meeting logistics across departments, including invitations, RSVPs, and travel coordination
- Maintain documentation of participants, track progress, and provide reports to staff and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Relevant AA/AS degree, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
- Experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred
- Familiarity with the Community College system and registered apprenticeship is a plus
- Strong knowledge of computer applications and technology platforms
- Ability to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time
