Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Director, Teaching & Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the actualization of teacher leadership and development with a focus on teaching practices and student outcomes
• Support the evolution of the ecosystem of support to ensure alignment with the vision of teacher leadership based on current research
• Design and curate learning experiences and resources for corps members, staff, and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience in an ECE-12th grade setting, preferably in low-income communities
• 7+ years of aligned professional work experience
• Extensive expertise in novice teacher training and adult learning
• Experience in initiating vision and strategy, managing complex projects to achieve results
