Job Summary

A company is looking for an eLearning Developer to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct learning needs analyses and stakeholder interviews to inform instructional strategy
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to edit and update courses in Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Translate strategic business goals into actionable learning plans

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in learning consulting and conducting needs assessments
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
• Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Strong analysis and synthesis skills for content evaluation and improvement
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
