Job Summary
A company is looking for a General Manager, K-12 SAT Suite and State Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic relationships with state education agencies and manage customer success strategies
- Lead the delivery and implementation of the SAT Suite of Assessments, ensuring policy readiness and program quality
- Build and manage a high-performing team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior-level experience in program management, product strategy, or customer success within the education or EdTech sector
- Proven success in managing strategic partnerships with public-sector education clients
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L ownership and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-scale rollouts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA or related master's degree preferred
