A company is looking for an Operations Trainer I, Revenue Cycle Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences and facilitate engaging training sessions
- Train staff on compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific requirements to mitigate risk
- Track and report on learning outcomes and collaborate with teams to identify performance trends
Required Qualifications and Education
- Hands-on experience with practice management systems and electronic health records
- Proven track record of developing and delivering RCM training to staff
- Experience supporting customer-facing teams in Tech, HealthTech, or healthcare operations
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to create psychologically safe learning environments
- Familiarity with various payor types, including commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
