A company is looking for a Remote Technical Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live and virtual training sessions on technical and business process workflows within Oracle Fusion
- Assist with the development of training documentation and provide support to end users and administrators
- Track training engagement and effectiveness, reporting outcomes and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training, system support, or business operations role
- Experience supporting enterprise software rollouts or user training strongly preferred
- Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Oracle Fusion
- Comfortable navigating web-based systems and learning new tools quickly
