Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Technical Trainer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions on technical and business process workflows within Oracle Fusion
  • Assist with the development of training documentation and provide support to end users and administrators
  • Track training engagement and effectiveness, reporting outcomes and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training, system support, or business operations role
  • Experience supporting enterprise software rollouts or user training strongly preferred
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Oracle Fusion
  • Comfortable navigating web-based systems and learning new tools quickly
