Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training and Development Manager to support company-wide training initiatives across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), managing course assignments and training records
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support onboarding and professional development needs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or enablement roles
- Proven success in designing and delivering training programs at scale
- Hands-on LMS administration experience; familiarity with Sana LMS is a plus
- Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Demonstrated analytical capability to measure training impact and improve learning outcomes
