Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver modern, learner-centered experiences based on instructional design best practices
- Facilitate engaging workshops for diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person formats
- Consult with business leaders to create tailored learning solutions and evaluate program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in instructional design, facilitation, or leadership development
- Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design models
- Experience integrating AI tools to enhance learning experiences
- Proven success applying HR as a product approaches to program design
