A company is looking for a Learning & Adoption Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead direct Loan Officer training and development for the product suite, including large-scale webinars and content creation
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive internal training programs to enhance industry knowledge across various departments
- Develop and implement coaching programs tailored to drive loan officer adoption of products and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing training for Loan Officers or within the mortgage industry
- Instructional Design background, utilizing the ADDIE model or similar principles
- Proven ability to design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of coaching programs
- Proficiency in training software and data tools, including Zoom and G-Suites
