Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Instructional Design with 4+ years of experience, or 8 years of relevant education and experience
• Advanced technical writing and editing skills
• Experience with tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Skills in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
