- Analyze, design, develop, and deliver talent development solutions using best practice instructional design methods
- Integrate various learning components into cohesive blended learning solutions that meet business needs
- Define and implement measurement approaches for evaluating the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of corporate experience in designing and implementing learning solutions
- Solid knowledge of learning and development standards and adult learning principles
- Adept in project and change management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
