Job Summary
A company is looking for a LMS and e-Learning Specialist Sr responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating e-learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the LMS, including registration processes, database management, and tracking of learning activities
- Provide operational consulting to departments on computer-based training modules and instructional design
- Collaborate with internal clients to identify improvements in the LMS and suggest modifications for optimization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources administration, business administration, Information Technology, instructional design, or a related field
- Preferred: B.S. or M.S. or higher degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in administering an integrated learning and talent management system
- Minimum of five years of experience in training, instructional design, or curriculum design
- Preferred: Certifications in instructional design or education-related fields
