Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Student Leadership & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute strategies to develop a new generation of Jewish leaders through immersive experiences
• Lead and manage signature leadership programs and ensure strategic alignment across initiatives
• Supervise a team and manage a multi-million dollar budget while fostering a collaborative culture

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of leadership experience in relevant fields such as higher education or nonprofit management
• Proven experience in designing and scaling learning programs or leadership pipelines
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or higher preferred
• Strong project management and operational skills with experience in complex initiatives
• Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and build cross-functional partnerships
