Key Responsibilities

• Engage with sales/success and business stakeholders to identify enablement requirements
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including online and instructor-led training
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create and review enablement content

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing enablement solutions for sales or partners in a technology company
• Experience working directly with sales and success teams to understand learning needs
• Proven track record of effective collaboration and influence within organizations
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
