Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop eLearning content under the guidance of the Lead Instructional Designer
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create storyboards and interactive modules
• Manage and maintain course content and documentation within the LMS

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience in instructional design and adult learning
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strong proficiency with eLearning software and graphic design tools
• Healthcare and EHR experience preferred
