Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative training solutions that meet business needs
- Analyze training needs by collaborating with internal clients to identify knowledge and skill gaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational objectives and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or training development
- Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate and Storyline
- Undergraduate degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design software is a plus
